Loved our stop at Yankee Lobster! We enjoyed a cold beer, fresh and delicious oysters, and a lobster roll with crispy French fries. Everything was flavorful, perfectly cooked. A must-visit in Boston if you’re craving seafood!

I ate here twice on my trip to Boston and New Hampshire. Both times the food was excellent. They have parking, for customers only, beside the building which is awesome. The Lobster roll, hot buttered of course, was good as well as the lobster bisque. The real highlight for me were the clam strips and the clam chowder. You won't be disappointed either way. It's a small place with limited indoor seating but worth stopping by. Enjoy!

Yankee Lobster is a must-visit if you’re in Boston and love seafood. Our favorite was the hot and buttered lobster roll on a brioche style bun which was packed with fresh, sweet lobster meat and just the right amount of seasoning—simple, classic, and perfect. The fish and chips were also great and not greasy at all. The clam chowder was rich, creamy, and loaded with flavor. Friendly staff and excellent service with a laid-back atmosphere, and top-tier food. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

The lobster roll was good with lots of claw meat. I had the traditional roll but I wish I opted for the buttered roll. We also had the boston cream cake which was okay. The fried calamari was some of the best I've ever had! The fry was good and it was not chewy at all! The fried shrimp was delicious! It was fun to try their house bottled lemonade which is on the tart side which I thought was great! I will say the line was really long, but the staff were friendly and did a great job managing the crowd!

Enjoyed some livestream rolls and a clam chowder. Enjoyed the butter lobster roll best. Served nice and warm. The traditional roll is also good. It is served cold and refreshing so good for a hot day. The clam chowder was also delicious. Enjoyed the fries and coleslaw. Not much space inside, but lots of outdoor covered seating. Went for dinner early on a Monday and it was not too crowded. Overall atmosphere is okay. Overall I would come here to get the lobster rolls as they taste delicious.

Very delicious lobster rolls. Tried the traditional and the hot butter roll. Good beer selection to wash down the roll with. Highly recommend stopping here. Would have given it a 5 star if it had seating with a bay view.

We had dinner here on a recent visit to Boston. A simple location with good food. You order at the counter and they bring it to your table. It was freshly fried and still hot when it arrived, probably 12-15 minutes after we ordered. My fish tacos were delicious! The slaw on the tacos was made with purple cabbage. The tang of the sauce blended well with the freshly fried taste of the fish. Not overly breaded; I could still enjoy the fish they used. My wife got the blackened salmon sandwich - a generous portion of fish and a little cheaper than the platter with the same side- and enjoyed it greatly. Everything seems to come with fries. Even the fish tacos. Just so you know. Blackened Salmon Sandwich, Hot Buttered Lobster Roll, Fish Tacos, one Sam Adams Boston Lager, one Castle Island White- $99.47 before tip.

This place is amazing. The lobster was super fresh and so tasty. I had the cold lobster roll and lobster bisque the first day. The rolls was fresh and not much mayo which made the lobster taste great. The bisque had a lot of lobster on it and totally worth the money. Second day I had the lobster tacos with fries. The tacos were great and the fries really fresh and crispy. Loved it. Cannot wait to come back to Boston and go back to this place.
